Medicaid Medicare

We are a DCF-approved access site, and our caseworkers can help you apply for Medicaid and SNAP (food stamps). We process applications directly in our clinics, determine eligibility for benefits, and notify applicants of eligibility or ineligibility.
We handle the following types of applications:

• Medicaid applications (for children and pregnant women)
• Medicaid disabilities
• Medicaid for age 65 and older
